An Associate Degree through MSTC in Wis. Rapids

I worked as a temp. for Wood Co for 6 months as a Corrections Officer

I than worked for Marathon Co for 5 months full-time.

I left Marathon Co to work full time w/ Wood Co as a
Dispatcher/Corrections Officer

I have been with Wood Co for 3 full years

After 1 yr. of service I became an FTO for the jail, but being 

cross trained I served as an FTO for both Jail and Dispatch. I am 

primarily an FTO for Dispatch

I would recommend NAFTO because of the FTO triangle.  

It is refreshing to see Patrol, Dispatch, and Corrections 

interacting and supporting each other.  

The resource of  knowledge and expertise from all fields 

helps Me as an FTO in developing an Officer in any field he or she chooses.

 For me I enjoy my chosen field of work and I try to provide the same feelings to my trainees.
